Exercise can burn excess fat

Well, our Flickr friend who is known by the name Darkest Brew who uploaded this photo on 31 Jul ’10, says, ‘Stick 'em up… Oh, to be a bolt of Lycra’, as a caption to introduce this photo. I feel from the expression on the face of this beautiful lady that she wants to spread the message of importance of exercises in our day-to-day lives. A little plumpness is really beautiful on some women like her. And I believe that there is no need to be embarrassed if one is a little obese.

There are so many obese or fat women and men out there who are perfectly healthy and happy. The secret is that such persons should devote a little bit their time to sweat it out and burn the extra calories and accumulated fat. Even a session of simple stretching and bending for 15 to 30 minutes a day can bring dramatic changes in a plumb person’s body structure, health, looks and it will bring a natural glow to their skins too.

On the other hand, a person with a lean model-type figure need not be healthy. Also, it cannot be emphatically said that they live happier and longer lives than a plumb person, if such people’s lives are not supported by nutritious food and proper exercises.
