The license is already embedded in the link for the photo provided by Wikipedia. That is why I did not repeat it. The other way out is to use the photo URL or upload it to my server and give the license and other details visibly. I have no problems either way, and if you advise me, what way you want, I will do that way.
Yeah, the backlink to Wikimedia Commons is perfect and welcome. But to fully achieve the Creative Commons license terms the name and license is necessary on your page too.
