A Trinidadian girl, a Carnival dancer, dressed up in white carnival costumes, poses for photo at the The Notting Hill Carnival.
Held since 1964, The Notting Hill Carnival, the annual carnival event led by the members of the West Indian community, especially the Trinidadian and Tobagonian British community, is reported to have attracted over two million people in the past. It has become the second largest carnival street festival in the world, second only to the carnivals held in Trinidad and Tobago. The carnival derives its name, probably, because was held in 1964 on the streets of Notting Hill, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London, UK.
