Mila Kunis, the American actress, was born on August 14, 1983 in Kiev, Ukraine to Jewish parents; mother Elvira and father Mark Kunis. Her birth name is Milena Markovna Kunis. Her family moved to Los Angeles, California, in 1991 with Mila and her older brother. While taping That '70s Show for her breakthrough role as Jackie Burkhart, she was taught by a tutor for her high school years in the sets of the studio. When Mila was not on the sets, she attended Fairfax Senior High School in Los Angeles.

Prior to That '70s Show, Mila Kunis had appeared in films such as "Santa with Muscles", "Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves" (as a minor character) and in the Angelina Jolie film "Gia" (as Gia Carangi's younger self) and in a minor role in "7th Heaven".

Mila provided the voice of Meg Griffin in the animated series Family Guy.  She is famous for some of her role of Rachel Jansen in the film Forgetting Sarah Marshal. The film also starred Jason Segel, Kristen Bell, Russell Brand, Jonah Hill, Paul Rudd and Bill Hader and her performance won her rave reviews and a Teen Choice Award nomination. She was praised for her role in Max Payne (as Mona Sax) also. She gave the voice of Tanya in the video game Saints Row.

When she was only 9 years old, Mila Kunis attended acting classes at the Beverly Hills Studios, after school. Incidentally she met her first and current manager Susan Curtis at Beverly Hills Studios. She started her career with ads in print media and TV commercials. She mostly worked for children's products like Lisa Frank products, Mattel's Barbie Doll and Payless Shoes. She was also a model for a Girls’ Clothing Campaign. Her first TV role was as the young Hope Williams in an episode of the soap opera Days of our Lives.

In 1998, during the auditions of That '70s Show, Kunis told the casting staff that she was going to be 17 "on her birthday", as she was to be at least 17 for the role. After selection, she could keep the role despite misleading the directors, just because she proved herself the best fit for the character Jackie. She was only 14 at the time of the audition and turned 15 by the time the show began filming. She was nominated for a Teen Choice Award for playing Jackie seven times, but failed to win the award.

Mila Kunis had several large film roles such as the teen film Get Over It (with Kirsten Dunst), American Psycho II: All American Girl (with William Shatner), After Sex, Boot Camp and Moving McAllister (with Jon Heder and Ben Gourley).

Mila Kunis has appeared in music videos of Aerosmith (Jaded), Vitamin C (The Itch), The Strokes (The End Has No End) and Joel Malden’s LA Girls, in which Carmen Electra also starred.

Mila Kunis has been dating actor Macaulay Culkin since 2002. Mila Kunis has identified herself in interviews as a fan of the online computer game World of Warcraft and received the attention from the World of Warcraft community.

Mila Kunis ranked #54 in Stuff's 102 Sexiest Women in the World (2002), #47 on Maxim 2006 Hot 100 list. In 2008, she ranked #81 on the Maxim Hot 100 list, and #81 on the FHM US 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2008.
