Chloe Marshall, the First Runner up in the 2008 Miss England Competition, wearing a white bikini, is 1.78 m (5 feet 10 inches) tall, with 36E bust, dress size 16, and shoe size 7. The teenager from Cranleigh became one of the first size 16 girls to reach the final of Miss England contest, and finished the contest with a First Runner-up title.

English Plus Size Model Chloe Marshall

The 18-year-old English plus-size model Chloe Marshall from Cranleigh, Surrey, who won the Miss Surrey title in March 2008, became the first size 16 (US size 12 to 14) model to reach the finals for the Miss England tiara. She ‘wanted to go through to the Miss England finals to break the stereotype that you have to be tall and skinny to be considered beautiful.’ In the finals of Miss England title held on 18 July 2008, Marshall was declared runner-up. She was signed up by the Models Plus agency in 2008.
